If you think your order is lost in transit, (or if the tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days) please let us know. You can contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number, tracking number, and shipping address. We also suggest that you file a claim with the carrier as soon as possible to help speed up the process. We know it's not fun, but it can help us locate your lost flossy goodies faster.
If your order is confirmed lost, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. If you’d prefer a refund, please let us know. We'll replace or refund lost orders up to 60 days from order placement, so you don't have to worry.
